Reservation Process, Payment Plan, Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy
We understand that trips of this size and caliber are costly. Therefore the couple has arranged so that guests, if they so choose, can pay for their hotel packages in installments:

Initial Deposit: $500 (non-refundable)

Bookings & Deposits: MUST be made by September 1, 2025

Any bookings made after September 2, 2025 will require full payment up front and are subject to resort & accommodation availability

Final Payments: are due by October 15, 2025

Payment Plans: If you wish to pay off your trip installments, please reach out to the travel advisors and we will set you up with monthly reminders. No fees charged. This is simply a monthly reminder.
