🗓️ Booking Details:

📅 You must book either 5 or 7 nights (May 9–14 (5 nights), May 11-16(5 Nights), or May 9–16 (7 nights).
Want to arrive early or stay late? Extra nights may be available—just note them when booking. We’ll confirm with the resort and adjust your invoice if approved.

🇺🇸 Military Discount Available

We are proud to honor those who serve! 🇺🇸
Active duty and reserve military personnel are eligible for an exclusive military discount on their booking. To receive your discount:

1. Select your room and begin the booking process.

2. Email a valid proof of service (military ID, DD-214, or other official documentation).

   • A Common Access Card (CAC) with “Active Duty” or “Reserve”

   • A Guard/Reserve military ID

   • Recent military orders or a Leave and Earnings Statement (LES)

3. Once verified, your invoice will be updated to reflect your discounted rate before your next payment is due.

This discount can be applied to both solo and double occupancy rooms and is available to U.S. military members and allies.

Our military discount is available only to those currently serving — either active duty or reserve. Unfortunately, VA cards, Veteran ID cards, or dependent/spouse IDs do not qualify, as they do not indicate current service.

• The discount is limited to one per reservation, not per person.

👯‍♀️ Roommate Info:

Roommate Rooms – scroll to the bottom of the booking page to book.

• Hedonism Change for Any Reason waiver cannot be used for roommate rooms. 
  
• 🚫 Two men may NOT share a room.
• 🛏️ Double-bed rooms are limited. If you’re a woman booking with a random roommate, you may need to share a king bed (yes, really).
• If you’re uncomfortable with that, consider choosing a known roommate or booking solo.
• Your roommate might not be sharing the same length of stay or dates as you. For instance, if you’re staying for 7 days and they’re staying for 5, you’ll be responsible for the remaining 2 days at the single occupancy rate. 

💡 Important:
If your roommate cancels or we can’t match you, you’ll be moved to a single occupancy rate—meaning a higher total. No roommate swaps or cancellations allowed within 90 days of travel. Once paired, we recommend an early “roomie chat” to set expectations.  

👩‍❤️‍👩 Triple Occupancy Rooms:

✅ Must include at least two females
👑 King bed sharing may be required. Rollaway beds are very limited.
If someone drops out and can’t be replaced, your room will convert to double or single occupancy, and prices will adjust accordingly.

💳 Payments, Cancellations & Changes:

• All bookings must be made through this website only.

• ❌ We do not accept CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or direct cash.

• 💸 All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Late payments = late fees.

• Two missed payments = canceled trip, no refunds. No exceptions.

• NO roommate or guest name changes under 90 Days before arrival.

Hedonism offers a Change-for-Any-Reason Waiver—available in the Extra Options section. Only valid if all occupants in the room purchase it. If you are in a roommate situation, consider travel insurance. 

✅ You must be 100% paid up to use it.
❌ It does NOT cover trips hosted by SplashyYy Vacations, LLC unless stated otherwise.
We highly recommend purchasing both the waiver and travel insurance if you’re unsure you can commit.

🧳 Travel Insurance:

Highly recommended! Flight delays, lost bags, a last-minute emergency—travel insurance is your safety net. Some policies require you to purchase coverage at the time of booking, so don’t wait.
