SplashyYy Vacations, LLC – Terms & Conditions - You should actually read this. 

We’re thrilled you’ve chosen SplashyYy Vacations, LLC for your travel experience! Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully, as they outline our policies and what you can expect from us. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to SplashyYy Vacations, LLC. “You” refers to the person making the booking and agreeing to these terms on behalf of all guests in your reservation.

1. Our Role & Relationship with You

Booking Agent & Supplier Relationships

SplashyYy Vacations acts as a booking agent for travel-related services provided by independent suppliers (e.g., hotels, excursions, transportation providers). Each supplier has its own terms and conditions, which will apply to your booking in addition to ours. We do not own, operate, or control these services, and your contract for those services is directly with the supplier.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any suppliers or their failure to provide services as promised.

2. Payments & Pricing

Deposits

All deposits and monies paid are non-refundable. A deposit holds your reservation but does not lock in the final price. Prices are only guaranteed once full payment is made and confirmed by the supplier.

Payment Authorization

By providing your payment details, you authorize us to process payments on your behalf with the applicable suppliers.

Price Adjustments

Prices may change after payment due to supplier-imposed increases (e.g., fuel surcharges, taxes, currency fluctuations). Any such increases will be your responsibility if allowed by your supplier contract.

Late Fees

If you are on a payment plan, payments must be made on time. Late payments incur a $50 fee per missed due date. Missing two consecutive payments will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund.

Insufficient Funds

Returned payments due to insufficient funds will incur a $100 NSF fee, plus any fees from your financial institution. You have 7 days to resolve the issue before cancellation.

Card Declines

If your card declines for any reason, a $100 reinstatement fee will be added to your next payment. Failing to resolve your decline within 7 days will result in the cancellation of your reservation. 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By booking with SplashyYy Vacations LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable, as clearly stated throughout the booking process. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend.

You further agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution for any payment(s) made to SplashyYy Vacations LLC. Attempting to reverse a payment outside of our agreed-upon terms is considered a direct breach of contract.

Should a chargeback be initiated in violation of this policy:

• We reserve the right to pursue the full amount owed through collections, small claims court, or other legal remedies.

• You will be responsible for any legal fees, collection costs, and administrative fees incurred as a result of the dispute.

• You will be permanently banned from booking any future trips or services with SplashyYy Vacations LLC.

By submitting your payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this No Chargeback Policy.

3. Documentation

All travel documents will be delivered electronically via email. If you prefer hard copies, we may charge an administrative fee. Please make sure to provide and regularly check a valid email address to receive important updates.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Supplier Changes

If your supplier changes or cancels services, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. We cannot control these changes and are not liable for resulting costs or losses. Options may include accepting the new arrangements, booking alternatives, or seeking refunds (subject to supplier policies).

Changes by You

If you wish to change your reservation, contact us as soon as possible. Change requests are subject to availability and supplier approval. Additional fees may apply, both from us and the supplier. Name changes are not always allowed and may be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellations by You

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to admin@splashyyyvacations.com. Deposits are non-refundable. Refund eligibility depends on how close the cancellation is to the travel date and the policies of the supplier. Our own cancellation fee, if applicable, will also apply and will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

5. Legal & Personal Responsibility

Age & Authority

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of all travelers in your party.

Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate personal and payment information for all travelers. Any errors may result in additional fees or cancellation.

Responsibility for Others

You are financially responsible for all travelers under your reservation and agree to inform them of all terms and conditions.

Breach of Terms

Violating any part of this agreement may result in cancellation, loss of money paid, denial of service, and/or the charging of additional fees to cover costs incurred.

6. Final Note

By booking with SplashyYy Vacations or using our website, you agree to all the terms listed above and the terms of the suppliers providing your services. These terms are in place to protect you, your vacation experience, and the community we’re building. We appreciate your trust and are here to make your trip unforgettable!
