Cancellation policy:
We understand that plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all travelers, please review our cancellation policy before booking.
Payment Schedule
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat.
- Final payment is due by September 10, 2026.
- Reservations not paid in full by the final payment date may be canceled without notice, and any payments made may be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
- On or before September 10, 2026: Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your non-refundable deposit. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded, less any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.
- After September 10, 2026: All payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable due to contractual obligations with transportation providers, event organizers, and vendors.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another traveler up to September 25, 2026, subject to approval and any applicable name change or administrative fees.
Trip Cancellation
Melanated Adventurz reserves the right to cancel the trip due to insufficient participation, unsafe weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. If the trip is canceled by Melanated Adventurz, travelers will receive a full refund of all payments made or may choose to apply their funds toward a future trip.
Travel Protection
We strongly encourage purchasing travel protection to help protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from traveling.
