DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

All deposits paid to Travel Butler are non-refundable and non-transferable. Additional payments made toward your reservation are also non-transferable. Reservations are issued to the original traveler and may not be transferred to another person.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through your invoice portal to be considered officially received.

HEDONISM TRIPS
• Cancel 180 days or more before departure: Refund of all payments made, less a $250 cancellation fee per person.
• Cancel less than 180 days before departure: No refund.
• Late payments are subject to a $50 late fee on the outstanding balance.

ALL OTHER TRIPS
• Cancel 120 days or more before departure: Refund of all payments made, less the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancel less than 120 days before departure: No refund.

HEDONISM II ROOMS

Hedonism II was originally designed as a couples resort, which means most rooms feature one king bed. Rooms with two separate beds are extremely limited and cannot be guaranteed. Guests booking double occupancy accommodations should expect to share one king bed with their roommate.

COMMUNICATION

Most trip communication will take place in our private Facebook group. This is where we'll get to know each other, discuss trip plans, share updates, and build connections before the trip. Once the group is created, you will receive an email invitation to join. Many guests arrive already knowing dozens of people from the group, making the trip more comfortable and enjoyable from day one. We strongly encourage all guests to join and participate so they don't miss important trip updates and opportunities to connect with fellow travelers.

ROOMMATES

You do not need to have a roommate to reserve a double occupancy room. Many guests meet their roommate in our private Facebook group before the trip. If you do not find a roommate on your own, WBT will pair you with another guest looking to share accommodations.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance can help protect you in the event you are unable to travel, become ill or injured, experience flight delays or cancellations, lose luggage, or encounter other unexpected travel disruptions. We recommend Allianz; however, there are many reputable travel insurance providers available. Please note that some insurance companies require coverage to be purchased shortly after making your reservation, so be sure to review your options carefully before selecting a policy.
