Sun, May 21 | Seattle, Washington | Embarkation Day - As soon as you board the ship you should award yourself with a nice lunch in the World Fresh Marketplace located on the Lido Deck. After you have had lunch, visit your Stateroom and drop off any excess baggage items. While you are there you can watch the Safety Briefing on your Stateroom TV to prepare for departure. Now it is time to visit your designated Muster Station that was provided to you during the safety briefing and check in; this is mandatory for all passengers and the ship can not leave port until everyone has done it, so the sooner the better. Once you have checked in at your Muster Station you can now stroll around the ship and check out all that there is onboard. Grab a cocktail, or whatever your beverage of choice is, and stroll leisurely through the ship and on the decks; enjoy yourself. | 4:00pm
Mon, May 22 | At Sea | Full day at sea as the ship makes her way to the entrance for the Inside Passage of Alaska. Use this day to learn more about what is onboard your ship, participate in whatever events and programs are offered, relax by the pool, eat to your hearts content, schedule a massage, or just do whatever you do. Enjoy yourself your way, it is after all vacation. Dining format for this evening is Formal so get yourself decked out and dressed up and enjoy this time-honored cruise experience that harkens back to the early days of luxury cruise travel.
Tue, May 23 | Ketchikan, Alaska | Enjoy this quaint little town on your own or experience one of the many shore excursions that are available through Princess Cruises. No matter what you do, you must visit Creek Street as part of your daily adventure. See below for some ideas on shore excursion options. | 6:30am | 3:00pm |
Wed, May 24 | Endicott Arm and Dawes Glacier | Scenic cruising of the fjord and glacier viewing, what a breakfast this one is! | 5:00am | 9:00am |
Wed, May 24 | Juneau, Alaska | Welcome to Juneau, Alaska, the State Capital of this great land and a city filled with much to see and do. You can enjoy some of the more notable dining and brew establishments of the city or you can embark on a scheduled shore excursion that will take you to places and sights that you won't find anywhere else except in this region. A visit to Mendenhall Glacier is something that you just can't miss and, for a breathtaking view of the city and the surrounding area, a tram ride to the top of Mount Roberts is the ticket. | 12:30pm | 9:00pm |
Thu, May 25 | Skagway, Alaska | Skagway, Alaska, the Gateway to the Yukon! This rustic gold rush era town still retains much of its charm and character of those days long since passed and there is plenty to do and see here. The perfect way to experience this rustic town is to just walk it on your own as you pass by all of the historic establishments, art galleries, shops, and food venues of the historic district. Another can't miss experience is a ride aboard the White Pass & Yukon Route railroad between Skagway, Alaska and Fraser, Canada; this is part of several shore excursion options but I have my all-time favorite one that you can learn more about later. You have plenty of time to visit this area so take full advantage of it. | 6:00am | 5:00pm |
Fri, May 26 | At Sea | Today will be another full day of cruising through the upper channels and passages of the Inside Passage before entering back into the open waters of the North Pacific Ocean as you make your way back to home port. This is a great day to get all of your end of cruise paperwork/document requirements out of the way and start doing some preliminary packing of those things that you don't need to use anymore. Once you have all of this stuff done, get out and enjoy yourself with the numerous activities that are available onboard or just sit back on deck and take it all in and relax. This is another full day of just do what you want so get out there and do it! Tonight is your final Formal Dining event and also the night of the most awaited experience on a Princess ship - the Parade of Baked Alaska's! Enjoy yourself to fullest and leave nothing to chance.
Sat, May 27 | Victoria, Canada | Welcome to Victoria, British Columbia, a beautiful and very historic and diverse city of Canada. Your time is limited tonight but there are still a couple of easy excursions that you can experience if you decide to venture out into the city. Most passengers just remain onboard and take in all that the ship has to offer as far as entertainment and shows, and tonight is also a favorite night for many to experience one of the Specialty Dining venues that are onboard. The traditional dining experience and menus have shown how gourmet dining is and how elevated the quality of food and service is, but when you take in a Specialty Dining experience, you are going to a whole other level and it is way beyond what you expect to receive. This is an experience that every cruise passenger should do at least once in their life. Don't forget to put your luggage outside your Stateroom door this evening so your Steward can get it ready for your departue in the morning. | 7:00pm | 11:59pm |
Sun, May 28 | Seattle, Washington | Debarkation Day - This is the saddest day of any vacation and it is that much sadder when it is the end of a cruise vacation. This morning you will have ample opportunity to enjoy a full breakfast before you have to report to your designated Disembarkation Lounge (information provided to you previously). Make sure that you have collected up all of your remaining belongings and personal items before leaving your Stateroom because while you are waiting to get off the ship, the entire team of the ship's staff is getting her ready for the new passengers that will be joining shortly for their adventure to begin this afternoon. Have a safe journey home and hope to see you aboard another ship soon. | 7:00am |
