Deposit is $175 per person double occupancy and $300 for single occupancy (non-refundable and non-transferable) due by 03/15/2023.
Deposit after 03/15/2023 is $300 per person
After submitting your deposit, your next payment will be due on the 1st of the following month with your
remaining payments being divided monthly with 50% of package price due by 11/1/2023 and final payment/total balance due by 06/1/2024.
After submitting your deposit, monthly payments will start at $101.25 or more per person if submitted by 03/15/2023.
**If I get 15 or more passengers traveling from Chicago then I will get a group AIR contract and add to your invoice for those interested once August 2024 air is published.
Packages are based on double occupancy (2 people in a room).
There is also an option for single occupancy in the event you don't have a roommate.
If you and your roommate will be on the same invoice, then select 2 for number of travelers and submit the deposit for both. If you all will be on different invoices then select 1 for number of travelers and each traveler in the room must complete a separate reservation form and submit their deposit separately. If submitting separately then your room will not be reserved/booked until the deposit has been received for all travelers in a the room.

What's included in this trip:
- 6 days, 5 nights hotel accommodations at the The Club Barbados Resort and Spa -adults only - all inclusive resort
- Barbados tour
- Swim Meet up/cruise or similar - we will wear our Blue swimsuits
- Round Trip airport/Hotel transfers in Barbados
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks (2 restaurants and 3 bars are on the resort ) (bottled water is not included)

What's not included:
- Round Trip Air - you are responsible for purchasing your own air to Barbados and providing the itinerary to Blissful Escapes (round trip air on Barbados can range from $900 or MORE per person). A direct flight from Chicago to Barbados is about 5 hours and 45 minutes. Flight will be longer with layovers.
- $24 resort fee per room, pre night, payable directly to the resort at check in.
- Liquor or wine by the bottle
- Incidental charges (an incidental charge of $350 per room will be charged by the resort at check -in - subject to change at discretion of hotel).
- Tips and gratuities for airport, transportation, excursions, etc.
- All crop over festivities, parties, costumes, fetes, bands, etc.

- Cost for any required covid-19 test, if applicable

You must have a Passport Book to enter Barbados. If you do not have a passport book or if it is time to renew your passport we suggest that you apply for your passport book as soon as possible as the passport agencies are experiencing a backlog and long delays (it is taking several months for people to receive their passport after submitting their application and fee). You can not enter Barbados with a Passport Card or a Real ID, you have to have a Passport Book. Blissful Escapes Travel, LLC is not liable for denied boarding due to not having your passport book nor does Blissful Escapes Travel, LLC provide refunds for not being able to travel due to no passport book. We recommend that your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your scheduled return date (ex. expires February 7, 2025) although it is not required.
Suggested Itinerary:
- Day 1 Thursday 8/22/2024: Arrive to Barbados, check in, and rest of the day/evening on your own.
- Day 2 Friday 8/23/2024 : Day on your own to explore Barbados or to relax. Suggested activity: Go to the Fish Fry at Oistins Bay Gardens about 7pm - grab a bite to eat (additional cost), enjoy arts and crafts for sale (including jewelry. pottery, clothing, etc.) Music plays and some nights there are a live band - this activity and transfers to this activity are not included in your package price
- Day 3 Saturday 8/24/2024 : Group Day excursion - Barbados tour - this is in included in your package price. Group photo before we depart for the tour.
- Day 4 Sunday 8/25/2024 : Day on your own to explore Barbados or to relax.
- Day 5 Monday 8/26/2024 : Farewell Chill Day by the pool or cruise rocking your all BLUE swimsuit. Evening on your own.
- Day 6 Tuesday 8/27/2024 : Check out and transfer to the airport.
***This is a tentative schedule and subject to change. You will receive our final itinerary along with your travel documents 2-3 weeks before departure.
Hotel Policies/Info:
- Hotel requires a valid credit card at check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds in the amount of $350. This amount can change at the discretion of the resort. The $350 will be released at check-out. American Express is not accepted.
- Hotel requires a resort fee to be paid at check-in.
- Please be aware that due to changing weather and ocean conditions, beach shapes and characteristics may vary.
- Hotel check in is 3pm and check out is 12pm.
- Minimum Check in age is 16 years old.
- Due to Covid-19 please be aware that mask may be required at the resort and there may be limits on number of people in restaurants, availability of restaurants/entertainment, etc.
- Each guest will be required to complete a guest registration form.
- Rooms will either have 2 TWIN beds or 1 QUEEN/KING bed. Bedding request can NOT be guaranteed. Bedding is at discretion of hotel at check in based on availability.
Please be aware that it is rainy season June - November in Barbados.
It is illegal, even for children, to wear camouflage clothing or carry items made with camouflage material in Barbados.
Cancellation policy:
All packages and payments to Blissful Escapes Travel, LLC are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable at the time of booking. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your vacation. The cost of travel insurance is NOT included in your package price. However, you can find a company that sells travel insurance or you can go to the following link within 7-10 days of submitting your deposit to purchase a travel insurance policy. The sooner you purchase insurance the better your coverage. It is best that all travelers (you and your roommates) both purchase insurance policies. Carefully read the policies that will be offered and if you want cancel for any reason then you may have to select that to be added to your policy. Travel insurance can cover lost baggage, flight delays, medical expenses, etc. In the event you need to file a claim you will file it with the insurance company and not Blissful Escapes Travel, LLC If your policy has a cancellation clause and you need to cancel you will notify Blissful Escapes Travel, LLC that you need to cancel and then work with the insurance provider for any refunds, if applicable, and not Blissful Escapes Travel, LLC
