Please read carefully before booking. By reserving your spot, you acknowledge and agree to these terms:
 
1. Scope of Services
 
SC Luxe Travels provides hotel accommodations, airport and intercity transfers, select hosted experiences, and SC Luxe-branded events as outlined in the trip description.
 
2. Payments & Reservations
 
Deposits are required to secure your booking.
 
All balances must be paid in full by the deadlines provided.
 
All pricing is listed in USD per person.
 
 
3. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
 
All SC Luxe Trips are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.
 
4. Exclusions
 
This package does not include international airfare, the Bali–Bangkok flight, optional excursions, meals not specified, personal expenses, visas, travel insurance, or gratuities.
 
5. Travel Documentation
 
Each traveler is responsible for having a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity after trip end). SC Luxe is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete travel documents.
 
6. Modifications & Cancellations
 
SC Luxe may adjust itinerary or inclusions due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for third-party cancellations, delays, or disruptions.
 
7. Conduct & Removal
 
Respectful behavior is expected. SC Luxe reserves the right to remove travelers from activities without refund for disruptive or unsafe conduct.
 
8. Media Release
 
By booking, you grant SC Luxe Travels permission to photograph/video group activities and use content for marketing purposes. Travelers may opt out in writing before departure.
 
9. Limitation of Liability
 
SC Luxe is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delays, acts of God, or third-party issues beyond our control.
