Important*:
- Travelers need a valid passport to enter South Africa. The traveler's passport must be valid when the traveler arrives in South Africa. The passport must have at least 1 blank page. Please make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your return travel date i.e. June 2025. If not, we recommend renewing your passport before traveling.
- Mandatory proof of return or onward ticket from South Africa. Travelers require proof of a ticket showing their entrance and exit from South Africa.
- Travelers under the age of 18 may require a consent letter and additional documents. Travelers under the age of 18 years traveling to South Africa may be required to provide a parental consent letter and/or accompanying documentation such as a birth certificate. Different requirements apply depending on the minor’s nationality and who they are traveling with. Please see the source for more details.
- You may need prescription medication for Malaria and Travelers Diarrhea. Check with your doctor or a travel clinic to see if you need any medications for your trip.
Cancellation policy:
If cancelled on or after October 15, 2024, or after receipt of second payment, a cancellation charge may be applicable up to the total cost of the booking. All requests for cancellation, must be received in writing.
