Once submitted, a member of our team will begin researching and exploring the best travel options based on your specific and unique needs. We will contact you within 5 business days to confirm your vacation plans. At that time, you will be provided 2 quotes based on your request. Additional quotes will require a &quot;Plan To Go&quot; fee. If travel isn't finalized within 30 days of receipt of the planning fee, an additional fee may apply. Your &quot;Plan To Go&quot; fee may be applied to your reservation if you book that vacation with Razzle Dazzle Travels &amp; Adventures LLS and/or our independent contractors. A travel inquiry fee is required in order to receive a quote and retain the travel services of Razzle Dazzle Travels &amp; Adventures LLC. The travel inquiry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The client has 30 business days after paying the fee to retain Razzle Dazzle Travels &amp; Adventures LLC's travel services. If the client fails to secure the quote with a deposit or full payment within 30 business days, an additional $25 travel inquiry fee will be required. No exceptions will be made. Price quotes are not guaranteed until a deposit is submitted by the client by the deadline deemed by the vendor NOT the 10 business days given to retain our services. Up to 2 revisions of the quotes provided are allowed. Additional quotes and revisions are $20 each and are non-refundable. Quote requests for an additional destination will be treated as a new quote. The client agrees to submit a credit card authorization form by 5:00pm EST one day BEFORE the deadline set by the vendor or within the same day if the vendor must be paid immediately. PLEASE NOTE: In order to cut down on providing multiple quotes we will only provide a quote approximately 10 business days prior to the date everyone on the same reservation is able to submit their deposit.
