1. Payment Authorization
I authorize Travels by Likisha, LLC to charge the credit card or bank account provided for the
agreed-upon amount stated on my invoice. This payment is for the travel services described. I certify
that I am an authorized user of the payment method used and agree not to dispute the payment with
my financial institution, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms outlined in this agreement.
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Payments
All payments made to Travels by Likisha, LLC, booking suppliers, hotels, or vendors are
non-refundable and non-transferable once submitted. I understand that this booking may be part of a
Contracted Group Reservation, which carries strict non-refundable policies.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Travels by Likisha, LLC. If Travel Protection Insurance
has been purchased: - A $50 per person cancellation fee will be assessed if travel plans are canceled
before the final payment date. - A $50 per person cancellation fee will be assessed if travel plans are
canceled after the final payment date. - Travel arrangements will not be canceled with suppliers until
these cancellation fees are paid in full. Without Travel Protection Insurance, all payments remain 100%
non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Travel Protection Insurance
Travels by Likisha, LLC strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive Travel
Protection Insurance to safeguard their investment. Coverage may include trip cancellation, trip
interruption, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and more. “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) policies
may be available but often must be purchased within 1–21 days of the initial deposit. Travelers are
solely responsible for reviewing policy details, exclusions, and purchase deadlines. It is always better to
have insurance and not need it, than to need it and not have it.
5. Harmony Clause
To ensure an enjoyable travel experience for all, travelers agree to conduct themselves with respect
and courtesy toward fellow travelers, staff, and service providers. Disruptive, offensive, or harmful
behavior—including but not limited to harassment, excessive intoxication, verbal abuse, or actions that
interfere with the safety or comfort of the group—will not be tolerated. Travels by Likisha, LLC reserves
the right to remove any participant from a trip or activity at its sole discretion if their behavior is deemed
detrimental to the group. No refunds will be issued, and the traveler will be responsible for any
additional costs incurred.
6. Limitation of Liability
Travels by Likisha, LLC acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and independent suppliers
such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, and activity providers. The Agency is
not responsible for: - Acts or omissions of suppliers, - Delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes,
natural disasters, or unforeseen events beyond its control, - Loss, injury, or damage to person or
property during travel.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms &
Conditions.
