Wednesday July 16, 2025- Day 1 (Arrival):
Today we arrive at Tucumen International Airport where we will meet our transportation for transfer to our hotel, Hotel Riu Plaza Panama. We will use this day to get acclimated to the hotel and settle into our new home for the next five nights. Grab a drink, grab some lunch and relax while the other guests are arriving. It's about to be one hell of a reunion.

DAY #2 Thursday, July 17, 2025  Private Tour of Panama City and the Panama Canal (5 hours) 
Experience the best of Panama City on our guided tour, combining the must-see highlights with a visit to the impressive Miraflores Locks. Our knowledgeable guide will provide transportation, ensuring a seamless and informative journey. Discover Casco Viejo, Miraflores Locks, Amador Causeway, and the iconic Bridge of the Americas.

Friday July 18, 2025-DAY #3-Filthy Fridays Bocas-Island Party Crawl):

Filthy Friday is Central America’s first and only island-hopping day-party experience – happening every Friday at 3 picturesque locations across 3 tropical islands in the Caribbean paradise of Bocas del Toro, Panama. Prepare to get filthy all day from 11:30am to 9:00pm, with the perfect combination of good music, good vibes, strong drinks, amazing scenery and beautiful people from all over the world! All ticket prices include a Filthy Friday T-Shirt, entrance to 3 bars, boat transportation between islands, Panama’s best DJ’s and MC’s and shots throughout the party.

 
Saturday July 19, 2025- Day 4 

Escape Panama City on the newest and largest catamaran for a day of boating, swimming and dancing. During this 6-hour tour, you will swim on a beautiful virgin bay, visit the beach and the Island Village. Onboard the catamaran, enjoy sundecks, shaded areas, music, animation, morning snacks, lunch, and an open bar. This 6-hour tour is the perfect choice to avoid the afternoon tropical weather and have enough time for night plans.

 

 
Sunday July 20, 2025- Day 5 (Sunday Funday):

Today we stay on property and enjoy the last day lounging, relaxing or gathering and having a blast-just like old times.

 
Monday July 21, 2025- Day 6 (Departure):
Time to say goodbye as we board our flights back home with memories you had to be there to get. Hopefully we would have already planned our next meetup for 2026.

Booking & Payment Information

  1. Non-Refundable Booking Fee: A $50 per person non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking, which will be deducted from your first monthly payment.

  2. Deposit: A $50 per person deposit is due, with an extended deposit date of February 1, 2025.

  3. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance for your vacation package is due by August 15, 2025.

  4. Payment Method: When making a payment, be aware that multiple vendors may appear on your credit card statement, as payments might be processed through various suppliers.

Changes or Cancellations

  1. Notification: If you need to make any changes or cancel your vacation package, you must notify Kreative Luxe Travel immediately.

  2. Fees for Changes or Cancellations:

    • A $50 change/cancellation fee will be charged and invoiced to you.
    • This fee must be paid before any changes or cancellations can be processed.

  3. Supplier Penalties: Changes or cancellations may also incur additional supplier penalties. These are fees assessed directly by third-party suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, and excursion operators) and are subject to their specific terms and conditions.

  4. Non-Refundable Packages: All packages are non-refundable without travel insurance. If you choose not to purchase insurance, you will not be refunded if you cancel or modify your booking.

  5. Room Occupancy Changes: If the number of people sharing a room changes, the remaining traveler(s) will be responsible for any additional costs that may arise due to the change in the per-person occupancy rate.
