Entry/Exit Requirements:
- A valid Passport. Six months’ validity is strongly recommended.
- As of May 1, 2022, visitors to Colombia ages 18 or older must provide proof of complete vaccination for entry or a negative COVID test (48 hours in advance of travel for an antigen test or 72 hours in advance of travel for a PCR test). Travelers should be prepared to show their original, physical vaccination card or digital certificate both at airline check-in and when passing through Colombian Immigration. The vaccination document must include the individual’s full name, date of vaccination, name of the vaccine administered, and the number of doses administered. A photo of one’s vaccination card may not be accepted. If you completed your vaccination scheme within 14 days before entry to Colombia you will also need to have an antigen test 48 hours prior to arrival or a PCR test 72 hours prior to arrival in Colombia.
- Travelers must complete Migración Colombia’s online Check-Mig form within 72 hours of boarding an inbound or outbound flight from Colombia.
Arrival/Departure Requirements:
You should arrive into Accra Ghana on Saturday, September 30, 2023. If departing from the US, this would require you to depart on Friday, September 29, 2023.

BWP Travel, LLC, our full-service travel agency, can assist you with finding the perfect air itinerary. We can often offer contracted fares that may provide a discount on the published airfare rates. We will monitor your reservation for schedule changes and provide rebooking services when necessary. We charge a fee of $50.00 per ticket issued for this service. This fee is only collected once you agree to purchase an air itinerary we've offered. We will provide your flight itinerary options complementarily.
Payment Schedule:
- A deposit of $300.00 per person is required to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance is due at least 90 days before departure.
- Full balance is due at the time of booking for any tours departing within the next 90 days.
- The payment schedule for your remaining balance can be at your discretion.
Cancellation Fees Per Person:
- 91 days and over - Loss of Deposit
- 90 to 60 days - 50% of Tour Cost
- 59 to 30 days - 75% of Tour Cost
- 30 days and less - 100% of Tour Cost
Travel Insurance:
Travel Protection is not included in the cost of this tour. You will be sent a Travel Insurance quote automatically once you register for this trip.
Room Share:
We will attempt to find you a room share partner if you request this service. If, at 90 days before departure, we have been unable to match you to a roommate to share your room, you will be required to pay the single supplement.
