- You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list (and attend the welcome party) for the resort.

- Wedding Day - October 25th, 2025 at the nearby Villa La Joya.
Due Dates:
- July 25th, 2025 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Ocean Riviera Paradise.
- August 1st, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
Reminders:
- The wedding is on October 25th, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
- 3 Night Minimum Stay Required.

To be considered a part of Phoebe and Tomasz' Wedding Group and Welcome Party, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Phoebe and Tomasz with a deposit already paid on each room.
Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation before July 26th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

If you cancel your reservation between July 26th, 2025 and August 10th, 2025 a one night penalty per room will be applied. Based on category booked.

If you cancel your reservation between August 10th, 2025 and August 25th, 2025 a two night penalty per room will be applied. Based on category booked.

If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after August 25th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
Ocean Riviera Paradise will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Ocean Riviera Paradise and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Ocean By H10 Hotels.
