In order to provide great trip prices, we have contractual agreements with various trip vendors that do not allow us to obtain refunds. These contractual agreements help to keep our package prices competitive and allow us to offer our guests flexible payment options. As a result, we recommend you purchase travel insurance that includes a cancel for any reason provision. Please contact Sakeenah for more information.
If you book a double occupancy room and one person is no longer able to travel/cancels, the remaining person must pay the single occupancy rate or cancel.
No refund or reduction will be made to any guest for accommodations, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the trip package but not utilized by the guest due to personal reasons.
The full trip balance owed is due by July 15, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
