Rockland is a traditional red-brick town whose main street is filled with boutiques and antiques shops, as well as cafés and restaurants. In many of the local eateries, you’ll find the area’s acclaimed lobster on the menu, which is the biggest export in these parts. You’ll understand why as you dine on chilled lobster bisque, a rich and creamy lobster mac and cheese or the absolute classic, the lobster roll.

A star-shaped fortress welcomes you to this fascinating city. Here you can stand beside the visionary Sir Samuel Cunard himself, or rather the bronze statue that presides over his hometown waterfront. Halifax gardens is a must-see in the capital of Nova Scotia.

As it flows into the St. Lawrence River, the Saguenay River winds through a majestic fjord to reveal a host of picturesque villages. Natural beauty surrounds Saguenay Harbor, this vibrant conurbation.
EXCLUSIVE EXCURSION - This delicious food tour, Quebec’s finest, will introduce you to our City’s famed culinary reputation and to the significance of Quebec’s history and culture. The five-course, well balanced, French Canadian food experience begins with a light ‘amuse- bouche’, followed by an organic charcuterie tasting, on to a classic flambé prepared at your table in one of Quebec’s most famous restaurants, then, followed by ‘farmhouse to plate’ delicacies in a beautiful 19th century converted warehouse building. To cap the night off we stop for refreshment and some handcrafted ‘not too guilty’ pleasures to top off your perfect evening. With the dome retracted, Illuminations hosts 3D films and stunning concerts and recitals.
