It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves
against cancellation due to illness before or during travel. If a traveler becomes ill
during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler & responsibility. Based on Goway Travel’s current cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance.

Insurance MUST be purchased within 7 days of individual client deposits or payments being made and only covers non-refundable client money held by Goway Travel. Suppose the group cancels before final payment and supplier fees are applicable due to the required minimum numbers not being reached.  The premium is refundable in that case, providing no claim has been made. In all other cases, the premium is non-refundable.

 Passports must be valid for the minimum duration required for all destinations being traveled to. The following information only applies to the itinerary booked with Goway Travel and does not cover any independently arranged destinations.

Passports must be valid for a minimum of six months from your scheduled return date.

II. VISAS  
The visa requirements applicable to this quotation are as follows: As of April 10, 2025, American citizens traveling to Brazil will need a visa.

From midnight on April 10, 2025, U.S. citizens will need:  
- A valid U.S. passport.  
- A valid Brazilian visa or e-visa (required for tourists starting April 10, 2025, and currently required for all other types of travel).
