Meet Your Expert, Nurse Olga, FNP-BC, is the heart and soul of Ananda Holistic Wellness. With over 22 years of nursing experience, she blends Western healthcare with a holistic approach to heal the whole person. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Cannabis Nurse, and Holistic Provider, Olga crafts a personalized treatment plan just for YOU. She's your guide to a healthier, more balanced life. Oh, and did we mention she's a total community advocate?
The Weekend Itinerary: Your Escape Starts Here
Friday: The weekend kicks off with a special High Rollers send-off from a convenient location in Baltimore. Think luxurious, exclusive vibes as we get things started.
Saturday (Healing Day): Start the day with a terpene-boosted breakfast that’ll fuel your mind and body for the work ahead. From 8 am to 12 pm, we’ll dive into a powerful Reiki session to realign your energy.
At 4:20 pm, gather around for a fireside chat with Nurse Olga. Here’s your chance to learn more about the experience, ask questions, and get familiar with the space. Then, from 5-6 pm, we begin our shroom sessions. We’ve got trip-friendly meals prepped for you, focusing on light, low-acid foods to keep you feeling good throughout the evening.
Sunday (Refreshed & Ready to Go): Start your morning with a delicious breakfast and more rest. You’ll leave feeling completely recharged. By 1 pm, the bus will take you back to your private location, but trust me, you'll be carrying that peace and healing with you long after you leave.
