🛫 Transportation

• This is a domestic-only package. Flights are not included.

• Travelers must either purchase the add-on charter bus transportation (roundtrip) at the time of booking or provide their own transportation to Orlando, FL.

• Travelers providing their own transportation also have the option to purchase in-destination charter bus transportation. This allows you to ride with the group to all included excursions while onsite. This is an additional add-on and should be selected during booking. Highly recommended.

• Roundtrip transportation to Orlando, Florida.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. When purchased within 14 days of your initial booking, most plans include additional benefits such as “Cancel for Any Reason” upgrades, and higher benefit limits.

• Personal expenses, shopping, tips, or gratuities

• Additional tours or meals not listed

• Roommates must be booked within 14 days of booking. If not, the trip will be adjusted to match current occupancy.

💻 Booking & Invoicing Information

• When booking below, the field labeled “Number of Travelers” refers to the number of people you will be paying for.

• If you book two or more travelers under the same reservation, the booking cannot be split later. You will receive one invoice covering all travelers on that reservation.

• After booking, you will receive an electronic receipt via email. At the bottom of that receipt, click “Invoice” to submit your monthly payments. Please save this email for easy access.

• For your convenience, invoices will also be resent on the 7th of each month, and you can use the link in that email to submit monthly payment.

• All payments due by the 10th of each month. Late fee of  $50 is applied permissed payment.
