We (Reid Travel Team, LLC) have recently made changes to our trip payment structure. These changes will apply to any trip not deposited before July 1, 2024. Here’s what you need to know:
All deposits are considered non-refundable (Unless trip is cancelled by Reid Travel Team, LLC) - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Payment plan schedules are no longer “suggested” or “recommended”. There will be a monthly payment due for your trip. The payment schedule is mandatory.
Payments are due by the 15th of each month. There is a 5 day grace period. Any late payments received after the 20th of the month will be assessed a $25 late charge.
If you miss 3 payments, your trip may be automatically canceled and all payments may be forfeited, according to the cancellation policy. You will be notified 3 times prior to trip cancellation.
All cancellations must be received in writing (via email).
You can pay ahead. However, if you have paid ahead, you must remain on or ahead of the deposit schedule to avoid cancellation.
Payments will no longer be accepted through methods like CashApp or Zelle. Payments must be processed through online invoicing. You will not be assessed any fees in order to make payments through the online invoicing system. (This helps us keep accurate and current records) Checks are still acceptable. Checks should be made payable to Reid Travel Team. Mail to 309 Vicki Ln, Stockbridge, GA 30281. Any returned checks will be assessed a $45 fee.
Deposit schedules will generally follow the following rules, except where outlined in the specific trip terms:
Trip Launch - Deposit
9 months prior to travel - at least 25% of total trip cost due
6 months prior to travel - at least 50% of total trip cost due
4 months prior to travel - at least 75% of total trip cost due
60 days prior to travel - 100% of total trip cost due
Cancellation penalty policy will generally follow the following rules, except where outlined in the specific trip terms: If your cancellation request is received
Deposit is non-refundable (unless cancelled by Reid Travel Team, LLC) - NO EXCEPTIONS
>365 days before travel - 0% penalty above deposit
365 - 180 days before travel - 25% penalty
180 - 120 days before travel - 50% penalty
120 - 90 days before travel - 75% penalty
< 90 days before travel - 100% penalty
