Four-Night Extended Package

Occupancy and Bedding

Package prices are per person and based on two guests sharing one room. Bedding requests are subject to hotel availability and are not guaranteed.

The PNS Travels Roommate Matching Program is not available for this trip.

The PNS Travels weekend takes place during BFWE27 BLOOM, scheduled for June 16–20, 2027. BFWE passes and individual event tickets are not included in your PNS Travels package and must be purchased separately from the event organizer.

You may attend as many—or as few—BFWE events as you choose. Your PNS Travels reservation does not guarantee admission to any event. Event schedules, locations, pricing, availability, policies, cancellations, and refunds are controlled by the organizer and are subject to change.

Airfare and Group Airport Transfers

Airfare is not included. Travelers are responsible for booking round-trip flights to San Francisco International Airport (SFO).

PNS Travels will provide the approved group arrival and departure windows before travelers are instructed to finalize their flights. Included airport transfers will operate according to the designated group schedule. Travelers arriving outside the approved transfer windows—or using another airport—may be responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation.

Additional Nights

Additional hotel nights may be requested before or after the hosted weekend. Additional nights are not included in the package price and are subject to availability and the applicable hotel rate.

Contact PNS Travels before making separate hotel arrangements if you would like to extend your stay.

Payment Information

A completed registration form does not reserve space without payment. Your reservation is secured after PNS Travels receives the required $200 nonrefundable deposit per person.

After paying the deposit, you may make additional payments through your PNS Travels client portal at any time. The complete remaining balance must be received no later than April 15, 2027.

Pricing and availability are subject to change until the required deposit has been received.

Cancellation and Travel Protection

All payments, including the required deposit, are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel, notify PNS Travels in writing as soon as possible.

Travel protection is not included and is strongly recommended. Insurance coverage, benefits, exclusions, purchase deadlines, and claim decisions are determined by the insurance provider. Travelers who decline coverage accept responsibility for cancellation penalties and other financial losses that may occur before or during travel.

By registering, you acknowledge that:

Package prices are per person and based on double occupancy unless PNS Travels provides a separate single-occupancy quote.

The $200 deposit and all additional payments are nonrefundable.

Final payment is due April 15, 2027.

Airfare and BFWE event tickets are not included.

Included airport transportation is limited to SFO and the designated group-transfer schedule.

This is a hosted trip with independent time, not a fully escorted itinerary.

Roommate matching is not available for this trip.

You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the complete PNS Travels terms and conditions before submitting payment.
