All payments made for this group Virgin Voyages sailing are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, funds cannot be returned under any circumstance. This is due to the group contracts and agreements in place with our travel partners, which do not allow refunds on group allocations.

Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel protection to safeguard their investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
