All suites and rooms at Sheraton Dubai Mall of the Emirates offer views of the city skyline. Each features free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mini-bar and a private bathroom. Some suites include a living room and a kitchenette complete with a dining area.

Guests can enjoy a wealth of leisure options at Sheraton Dubai, Mall of the Emirates such as an indulgent massage at Shine Spa and use of the relaxing spa facilities. 

Cancellation must be received in writing. The following cancellation terms apply. No refunds are made for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused services during this trip. Travel delays, trip cancellations, trip interruptions, loss of property, and medical services will not be reimbursed and must be submitted to passenger's travel insurance for claims. Picture Perfect Escapes LLC is not held liable for any aforementioned incidents.

A $350.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due to secure your booking. Space is subject to availability and still has to be booked. 

 If cancellation notice is received after final payment, the following terms apply:

• "No Show" situations where the traveler does not check in and denied boarding situations are not covered
• Non-refundable hotel rates
• If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate
• Nonrefundable travel agent fees.
• No name changes or substitutions on travel protection plans
• Cost to change to an alternate scheduled airline as a result of an airline schedule change prior to departure
• The cost of the travel protection plan

• Travel documents and itineraries will be emailed 14-days prior to departure. 

• You MUST purchase your own flights to DUBAI INTERNATIONAL (DXB)  
• You MUST provide us with your flight information to ensure airport transportation is provided upon arrival and departure in DUBAI INTERNATIONAL (DXB)  
• A valid U.S. Passport is required six months prior to departure.  Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
