Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy for Our Group Stay at The Sands at Grace Bay

We understand that plans can change, and canceling a vacation is never easy. To help you make the best decision for your situation, here’s the cancellation policy for our group trip:

For cancellations made within 21 days or less of the check-in date, a penalty equal to 3 nights will apply.

If your cancellation falls outside of this 21-day window, no hotel penalty will be charged but the supplier reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. 

 

Please keep in mind:

  • Cancellation and change fees are subject to change without notice.
  • Travel Insurance is highly recommended. 
  • This policy applies to our group block and may differ from individual booking terms.
