  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

Due Dates:

  • November 1st, 2026 $300 deposit must be made by this date to reserve a room.
  • November 5th, 2026 The remaining balance is due.

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Daniela and Jonathan’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Guests and the wedding couple will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.

  1. Individual reservations booked outside the room block, will have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
  2. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact ana@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
  3. Paradisus, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes in some rooms, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request double beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
  4. Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
  5. November 30th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  6. Paradisus Playa del Carmen LA PERLA is an “Adults Only Resort” and All guests must be minimum 18 years of age or older at the date of arrival to be registered. No exceptions.
  7. Each room must have one adult.
  8. When a room has one adult with any number of children the adult will pay the Single Occupancy rate.
  9. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take a few weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before November 5th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee while maintaining the 3 night minimum.
  • Between November 5th, 2026 and December 5th, 2026, any cancelled room nights will be charged at 50%
  • If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation on or after December 5th, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Paradisus will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. The resort will not allow room name reassignments outside of 60 days before travel.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Paradisus and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Paradisus.
