The Uluwatu temple is an ancient Balinese Hindu sea temple perched at top of towering seaside cliffs, situated outside Kuta on Bali’s southwestern tip. The deity of this temple is Ganesha – the Hindu Elephant God. This spot is world famous for its most amazing sunset view.

In the evening 6’O clock, if you wisely opt for the Kecak dance show - you will be treated with the famed Balinese dance show depicting scenes from the most popular Hindu epic – Ramayana. The name of the dance form is the Kecak dance. The Kecak dance style is celebrated for its artistic value and incredibly complex hand gestures. The Kecak Fire Dance, also known as the ’Monkey Dance’ is the highlight of this performance. 10.00 – 10.30 Tirta Gangga Bali is one of the legacies of the Karangasem Kingdom. Tirta Gangga Water Palace was built in 1948 by Raja Karangasem, Anak Agung Agung Anglurah Ketut Karangasem. The purpose is to be built as a bathing place for the king and his family. Previously, only the king and his family could enter the Tirta Gangga Water Palace.

Terms & Conditions

The purchase of your travel booking constitutes a contractual agreement between the traveler(s), customer(s), and/or purchaser(s) (collectively as "You" and "Traveler"), and (Soar With Chic Travel)", "We", "Us") pursuant to the following terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement"):

IDENTIFICATION: Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable. 

 

PAYMENTS: Reservations can be made online with major credit cards. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Insurance that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance yourself for domestic, Caribbean and international tours unless specified it is included in your package.

 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.

 

PRICES: All prices listed are per person based upon shared single/twin room occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. 

 

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION 

 

Deposit: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit and will be clearly noted the amount due and monthly payment plan. 

 

Full Payment: All reservations can be paid in full at time of booking as long as the tour still has available space. 

 

Last Minute Reservations: All reservations must be made no later than 30 days prior to departure, You will be required to pay in full. If within 60 days then deposit plus any other payments must be made in order to get your trip up to status.

 

Cancellation: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to support@soarwithchictravel.com with your invoice number, full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 931 999-4257 to ensure your information was received. 

 

Reservation Changes: Changes to an existing reservation, whatever the cause, will incur a $50 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. This includes name changes. *Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking. Replacing a traveling passenger with another traveling passenger constitutes a cancellation, subject to cancellation penalties, and is not covered by this Reservation Changes policy. Changes or additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time of amendment and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider. There are no refunds for unused services. 

FORCE MAJEURE: There may be times when either party are unable to perform, or complete performance, under the travel contract for reasons out of each other’s control. These are called force majeure events and if occurs, make performing under the contract inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible. Events that may trigger this provision include, but are not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolts, military action, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, pandemics, epidemics, illnesses or health conditions prevalent in the area of travel, earthquakes, hurricanes, lightning, and explosions, unexpected legislation, or any other event outside the reasonable control of either party. In the event that a force majeure event occurs, the parties will look to and follow the cancellation policies of the suppliers, what is stated in the travel proposal and these terms & conditions. Any changes to those policies are at the sole discretion of the supplier (if applicable) and Travel Agency. Passenger will be informed of their options if a force majeure event occurs. 

 

Hotel Accommodations: All rooms requested are standard twin-bedded (two single beds) rooms with private facilities, unless you have specifically requested a king/ double size bed. Please understand although we will make a bed type request on your behalf, bed types are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. Although available at most 4 and 5 star hotels, use of air-conditioning abroad differs greatly from the United States. Many European hotels were built before central air- conditioning was introduced. Air-conditioning is often shut down at night and from the end until the start of the summer months. All hotel rates are based on Soar With Chic Travel agreements with its suppliers and are not negotiable. Hotel check-in time is generally not before 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration when a late-night flight is being used. If a day room is included in the itinerary, check-out will normally be 6:00 p.m. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations. 

 

Meals: As specified in each itinerary. Meals are based on the hotel's or restaurant's buffet or set menu. In general, beverages are not included, unless specifically stated. Although Soar With Chic Travel cannot make guarantees, every effort will be made to honor special dietary requests submitted in writing at least 4 weeks prior to departure at support@soarwithchictravel.com

Group Harmony: To ensure the desired group synergy, Soar With Chic Travel, reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable. 


Health Requirements: Check with your healthcare provider for up-to-date requirements. You may also check the Centers for Disease Control (www.cdc.gov) and/or the World Health Organization (http://www.who.int/en/) for their recommendations. Required inoculations, if any, must be recorded by clients' health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate which the client must carry for proof of inoculation where required. Individuals with heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness should not participate in these rigorous travel programs. Any person who arrives to the destination ill with apparent fever or becomes ill during the tour, will be removed from the group and directed to a local medical facility for diagnosis. Only upon clearance by an accredited medical facility will that individual be allowed to resume group travel. All costs associated with medical treatment and related expenses such as additional hotel nights or transportation not included in the original itinerary, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. 

 

Baggage Fees: Additional fees for baggage may apply. Please contact your airline or refer to its website for detailed information regarding its checked baggage policies.

Soar With Chic Travel  does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers of services and is not liable for their acts or omissions. Soar With Chic Travel obligations to you are to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and the travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we have the authority to make any warranty or representation regarding their standard. Requests cannot be guaranteed. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these travel service providers. You understand that your legal recourse is against the specific provider, not Soar With Chic Travel . Conditions can change rapidly in a country at any time. It is your responsibility to check the USA Government Travel advisories for your intended destination at travel.state.gov/content/travel.html.

Credit Card Transactions: If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against Soar With Chic Travel , and in the event that payment has been made to Soar With Chic Travel  by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to Soar With Chic Travel . If the credit card is passed through to the travel service provider and you seek to chargeback your payment from the provider, you agree to be held liable and indemnify Soar With Chic Travel against this chargeback from the provider, including without limitation any air debit memos charged to Soar With Chic Travel. If Soar With Chic Travel incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owing to Soar With Chic Travel immediately.

Additional Fees: Additional taxes and surcharges that cannot be pre-collected may be charged locally by car rental agencies, hotels or other suppliers. Most properties and vehicle rental/leasing companies require a credit card imprint at check-in.

Responsibility : We always do our best to make sure your travel arrangements are satisfactory. However, Soar With Chic Travel  and its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns do not own or operate any entity that provides goods and services for your travel, including without limitation lodging facilities, airline, vessel, motor coach, or other transportation companies, guides or guide services, local ground operators, providers, or organizers of optional excursions, food service providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors and are in no way affiliated to Soar With Chic Travel  or any of Soar With Chic Travel’s affiliated entities.

Liability: Soar With Chic Travel is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any travel service provider or of any third party. In addition and without limitation, Soar With Chic Travel  not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services, whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation, or any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Also be advised that certain foreign facilities or amenities, such as air-conditioning systems in public places, hotels, and motor coaches may not be up to U.S. standards. If due to weather, flight schedules, or other uncontrollable factors you are required to spend additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers, and meal costs. Baggage is entirely at owner's risk. The prices of these tours are based on rates in effect (including foreign exchange rates) at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. You specifically agree that Soar With Chic Travel is not liable for any consequential loss or damage.

Passport: All individuals departing from the United States of America must be in possession of a valid passport. Please check that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended travel time. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. You are responsible for confirming with the United States Department of State or the representative government agency of the country to which you are traveling to confirm the requirements for visas and/or other requirements for admission to your destination. Any fines, penalties, payments, or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.

REAL ID: Beginning May 7, 2025, if you plan to use your state-issued ID or license to fly within the U.S., it is your responsibility to make sure it is REAL ID-compliant. If you are not sure if your ID complies, please check with our local state department of motor vehicles, or visit www.tsa.gov/real-id.

Travel Documents: Travel documents include, without limitation, airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers, or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions such as, but not limited to, being non-refundable, non-date-changeable, and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. Travel documents cannot be transferred to another person to use. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder. An incorrect name on a booking may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled. Any errors in names, dates, and timings may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled. Any errors in names, dates, and timings on your documentation will be your responsibility if we are not advised at the time of booking. Please reconfirm your flights at least 24 hours prior to departure.

Flight Confirmation: We strongly suggest that clients reconfirm exact flight times with the carrier prior to departure. Air travelers are required to check in at least 2 hours prior to departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights and must report to the gate at least 30 minutes prior to departure time. Failure to comply may result in the loss of the seat to another passenger.

International Flights: Some countries require insecticide spraying of aircraft prior to a flight or while you are on the aircraft. Federal law requires that we refer you to the Department of Transport disinfection website. (www.transportation.gov/airconsumer/spray).

Refusal of Service: Service providers reserve the right to refuse service to travelers at their sole discretion, including, without limitation, if the traveler: (i) Lacks proper documentation for the country of destination; (ii) Has a contagious disease; (iii) Is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or narcotics; and/or (iv) Manifests disruptive and/or unruly behavior. Soar With Chic Travel assumes no liability for the acts of the service provider in refusing service.

Privacy PolicySoar With Chic Travel is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information.

Electronic or Handwritten Signature: Both parties agree that you may acknowledge and agree to these Terms: (i) electronically; (ii) by handwritten signature; (iii) by any other electronic means, including, without limitation, via email acceptance of these Terms; or (iv) by your implied consent deemed via your actions, which shall include without limitation the payment of the invoice and/or your use of the services provided by Soar With Chic Travel or any other travel supplier related to your booking. All such means will be deemed to constitute effective acknowledgement and execution of this Agreement and shall be sufficient to bind the parties to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
