  • This research and service fee is non-refundable and is the only fee that is not applied to your booking. This fee is for the research and curation of your quotes. There have been times people have not received their quotes because they put in the wrong email or the wrong phone number. The fee is still non-refundable. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR QUOTES WITHIN 7 DAYS PLEASE REACH OUT!!! There could have been a typo in your email or my email could be sitting sadly in your junk/spam folder. By submitting a payment authorization for the travel planning fee, you agree to not file a charge back. Your authorization will be used to dispute any charge back fraud.
  • Prices quoted are subject to change until your ($300 if flight is included and $50 if flight is not included) deposit per person is paid. You may or may not incur additional expenses that are not included in the package price, including but not limited to resort fees, or a hold on your credit card by the resort once you've arrived to your destination. 
  • Destination Cocoa, Travel & Lifestyle has NO control over flights. Flight changes, delays, and cancellations are out of Destination Cocoa's control. Once you've checked in at the airport, you will have more success going straight to your Airlines counter in person when issues occur but please keep us in the loop. We are always here to advise! 
  • Airlines outside of Southwest charge for their carry-on bags. These have not been included in your package. You will receive your travel documents 14 days before your departure date. These documents will contain your record locator which you will be able to use to purchase your carry on bag and change your seat if you so desire. 
  • Be on the lookout for your official documents after you are booked. You have 24 hours to make any corrections. After that, you are dealing with the airline and their fees. 
  • After booking, if there is a change made in occupancy, the price will change. For example, if you are in a triple occupancy and someone cancels, the price will change to the double occupancy price on that day. Make sure your roommates are serious if you have them. 
  • As a Travel Agent, I'm unable to book the Excellence Collection. This include Excellence Resorts & Finest.
