  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to secure a suite at Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos for the wedding weekend.

  • Wedding Day - Saturday, October 17th, 2026
 
 

Payment Schedule:

  • February 1st, 2026 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
  • February 10th, 2026 75% of room total is due
  • June 25th, 2026 Remaining balance is due.
 
 

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Shayan and Greyson Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Shayan and Greyson have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.

 

  • Individual reservations booked outside the room block, have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
  • Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
  • If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
  • Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
  • August 12th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  • Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos is strictly 18+. Based on age at time of check-in.
  • Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
 
 

 Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before February 10th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

  • If you cancel your reservation or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation on or after February 10th, 2026 you are responsible for 75% of your room total. 

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation on or after June 25th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 

 

A 3 night minimum is required.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos.
