Day 1 – May 7, 2025 – Arrival Day

Welcome to Tobago.  Upon your arrival at ANR Robinson International Airport from mainland Trinidad our representative will meet you at the arrivals exit right outside baggage claim and transfer you to your hotel. All guests are asked to arrive by 10:00 pm local time.

Check in to the Hotel and the rest of the day is yours to explore Crown point. One of my favorite beaches, Store Bay, is a short 5-minute walk from the hotel. Miss Jeans is located inside the beach complex and is my favorite place to eat in Store Bay. It is open until 2:00 pm local time. There are several bars and restaurants along the main road. Please have a VISA credit card for check-in for any room service or incidentals.

Welcome Dinner for all arrived guests – Time & Location TBA

Dinner includes an appetizer, lunch, and one nonalcoholic beverage of your choice.

Day 2 – May 8, 2025

Meal included: Breakfast at the Hotel and Lunch during the excursion

Castara Bay Excursion

Duration: Approx 9 hours*

Bring your swimsuit, sun hat, and sunscreen and join me for an afternoon filled with exploration and fun at the fishing village of Castara home to the beautiful Castara Bay ending with a Sunset Happy Hour. Includes lunch and beverages at the beach. Please bring clothes to change into for Happy Hour and Bonfire party!

Alcohol and food during Happy Hour are not included.

Includes:

• Local lunch in Castara – Location TBA
  • Lunch includes – 1 entrée and 1 soda/water (juice and/or alcoholic beverages are not included)
• Waterfall hike and bathing
• Main beach (swim with Stingrays)
• Drinks - water, soda, rum punch
• Sunset Happy Hour at Castara Retreats (food and drinks not included)
• Bonfire Party on the Beach (food and drinks not included)

Day 3 – May 9, 2025

Meal included: Breakfast at the Hotel and Lunch during the excursion

Duration: Approx 8 hours*

Speyside & Charlottesville Excursion. 

Visit the villages of Speyside and Charlottesville. Enjoy a photo shoot at the Old Sugar Mill in Speyside. Enjoy a local lunch and visit Fort Cambleton Lookout Point in Charlottesville and then sail to Pirates Bay, Lovers Bay, and Waterfall Bay.

Includes:

• Speyside Sugar Mill photo op stop
• Local lunch – Location TBA
  • Lunch includes – 1 entrée and 1 soda/water (juice and/or alcoholic beverages are not included)
• Fort Cambleton, Charlottesville - Look out photo op stop
• Charlottesville - Boat ride to Pirates Bay, Lovers Bay, and Waterfall Bay
• Drinks included during excursion - water, soda, rum punch
• After the boat ride excursion, transfer back to the hotel

Day 4 – May 10, 2025

Meal included: Breakfast at Hotel

After breakfast, the day is free at leisure, or do an optional add-on Waterfall Excursion cruise tour at an additional cost.  See Add On Description.

Day 5 – Sunday, May 11, 2025 – MOTHERS DAY!

Meal included: Breakfast at the Hotel

Spend the morning and early afternoon at the beach and/or exploring then meet up in the afternoon for a private glass bottom boat excursion. Please have lunch on your own before departure.

Private Glass Bottom Boat Excursion

Meet up at designated point (TBA) at designated time (TBA)

Duration 4 Hours

Includes stops at: 

• Nylon Pool
• No Man’s Land
• Drinks (Sodas, Rum Punch), Water & Light snacks

Watershoes, Swimwear, and Sunscreen are recommended.

Day 6 -  May 12, 2025

Farewell to Tobago – Departure

 Meal Included: Breakfast at the hotel

Depart for ANR Robinson Airport for your domestic flight to Trinidad Mainland and then back home.
