  1. The price shown for each package is your upfront research fee that covers our time, research, and access to our travel supplier network. It applies to the lead traveler only (The person paying the research fee) and is non-refundable.
    1. No research will be completed until this fee is paid.

    2. Please note: this fee is a research fee, not a trip deposit. Your trip deposit and payments will be collected separately once your proposal is confirmed.

  2. A per-person booking fee of $30 for additional travelers will be applied later if you decide to move forward with the trip.
    1. You’ll see this per-person fee listed as the “Deposit” on each package for transparency, but it is not collected at this stage.
      1. If you only pay the deposit when submitting your inquiry, an invoice with the remaining balance will be sent. No action will be taken on your inquiry until the balance is paid in full.
    2. Payments made towards the research fee are good for 30 days. If after 30 days no deposit has been made OR the proposal has not been accepted AND no deposit has been made, a new research fee will be required. (See full T&C for more information)
 
 
  1. The research fee is non-refundable. 
  2. All getaway deposits may be non-refundable after 24hrs depending on supplier cancellation terms.
  3. After a deposit has been made, any refund of payments made towards the elected getaway are subject to the hotel/flight/transfer company refund policies. 
  4. If entitled to a refund, any refundable portions of payments made towards your trip will be refunded less any fees. 
    1. Fees include supplier fees and Kbyeee Getaway booking fees.
 
Please be sure your calendar is free, and you are able to take your planned getaway prior to submitting a deposit. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. If you need to cancel and you have purchased travel insurance, please contact the insurance company for any refunds requested.
 

  • Travel insurance is always a smart add-on because no one plans for the unexpected. A delayed flight, a family emergency, or a sudden illness can completely derail your trip… and without insurance, you could lose everything you've paid for.
  • Here’s what you should know: 
    1. Travel insurance quotes are always free.
    2. Travel insurance is highly recommended for any travel, but not required. 
    3. You can purchase travel insurance through a generated quote from Kbyeee Getaways or you may choose to purchase through our external link.
    4. Insurance can be added when you make your deposit or afterward (based on policy timelines).  
    5. Any payments made for travel insurance is non-refundable.
  • Need help choosing a policy? We’ll walk you through your options or send you easy comparison options.
 
  • What destinations do you book?
    We can help you book domestic and international travel. Just let us know where, and we'll get you there.
  • Why do you charge a research fee?
    As travel agents, we are not paid by suppliers until after the trip is complete. This research fee compensates us for the time and expertise required to research, plan, and prepare your custom travel proposal for your perfect getaway. 
  • How soon will I receive my proposal?
    Our standard turnaround time is approximately 4-7 business days. If you select Rush Add-on, you can expect a proposal within 3-5 business days.
  • After receiving my proposal, if I am ready to book, how long do I have before a deposit is due?
    We ask that you make a payment for your deposit within 30 days. Please understand that prices are subject to change until a deposit is made. If you decide to wait to pay your deposit, we will provide you with the most up to date pricing for your getaway.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes! For trips at least 30- 45 days away (6 months for cruises), you can:

    1. Pay a deposit and break the rest into payments

    2. Pay a deposit and then pay the remaining amount at your own pace, as long as the balance is paid by your final due date

    Please note: Some payment plans are offered through a 3rd party company and may require a credit check and approval.
  • What payment types do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards. 
    We do not accept cash, CashApp, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, ApplePay, GooglePay, SamsungPay, checks, or money orders. 
  • How can I purchase a travel deal I saw posted on your social media?

Disney & Universal Standalone Tickets

Theme park tickets are usually easiest to purchase directly, but if you’d prefer we handle it for you, we can. This add-on covers the time to secure your Disney or Universal tickets, confirm details with you, and make sure everything is booked correctly.

This is simply a small convenience fee for peace of mind so you can focus on the fun while I take care of the booking. ✨

For Disney: Once booked, you will need to take the confirmation number you receive and add it to your MyDisney account in order to link the tickets.

For Universal: You will need your confirmation number and the credit card used to make the purchase. Go to a will call kiosk, follow the directions, and retrieve your tickets.

This add-on is ideal for Navigator package clients looking to add flight research without upgrading to The Visionary.
 
Want flight help but prefer to book it yourself? We’ll search for the best options based on your trip dates, timing preferences, and budget. Your proposal will include a curated list of recommended flights options so you can book directly through the airline.
 
You stay in control... We save you hours of comparing prices. 
 
NOTE: This fee is added on per departure airport. If there are multiple airports, add this option and annotate the number of different airports in the quantity box.
 
EX: If you want potential flight options from two (2) separate airports, change the quantity for this add-on to two (2). 

Additional Departure Airport Booking - The Explorer Packages Only

This add-on is only available with the Explorer Package.
 
Your Explorer Package already includes flight booking from one or two departure airport(s), respectively. If you’d like us to research and manage flights from multiple departure airports (for example, travelers flying out of different cities), this add-on ensures everyone is covered.
 
  • We’ll research and book flight options for each additional departure airport requested. 
  • We’ll coordinate with you to confirm selections and make sure all travelers’ arrivals align smoothly with the overall trip itinerary. 
  • You'll still have full access to manage your reservation directly with the airline... We just take the stress out of getting it booked right.
 
This is available for up to five (5) departure airports. If you need more than five airports booked, please email us directly so we can discuss options and pricing. 
 
NOTE: This fee is added on per departure airport. If there are multiple airports, add this option and annotate the number of different airports in the quantity box.
