May 16: Arrival- The first day of this exciting trip starts with your arrival at the Sangster International Airport (MBJ).
- Nexus Tours representatives will be located in the arrivals area or immediately outside the airport. They will be wearing orange shirts and holding branded signage to help identify them. The representatives will escort you to the pre-arranged transportation that will take you to your resort.

May 17: This day brings you the option of having either a free day to rest and unwind at the resort, explore what Montego Bay has to offer, or embark on the optional tour: Bamboo Rafting & Limestone Massage (optional)
- Bamboo rafting is one of the top things to do while on vacation in Jamaica. Escape the confines of your hotel resort and come experience the true beauty and uniqueness of the island of Jamaica. This is a must do experience for all visitors to the island. Sit back, relax and listen the the birds sing while your raft captain gently glide you down river, on a bamboo raft through lush green Jamaican rain-forest.
After your Bamboo rafting tour is over. You’ll then be taken to the famous Hip Strip in Montego Bay for lunch, shopping and sightseeing.
Buzzing with activities day and night, the Hip Strip is the heart beat of Montego Bay. It is the epicenter of tourism entertainment, where the town’s most popular shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are located. You’ll have an opportunity to have lunch, browse gifts shops, stop at margaritaville, hookah lounges and weed dispensary.
After your tour is finished your driver will then transport you back to your hotel for drop off.

Experience a day of adventure with this combo tour, which includes an ATV ride, horseback riding, swimming, and a ride on a zipline. You'll visit Dunn's River Falls, ride a horse into the Caribbean Sea, take a backroad adventure on a quad bike, and go ziplining, with the option to grab lunch along the way.

- May 20: Departure- When it's time to leave, you can count on transportation that will pick you up and get you to the airport for your return home.
Cancellation policy:
In the event you need to cancel your booking, please email naelashay5@gmail.com your name and situation with "Jamaica Group" as subject line at least 48 hours prior to departure to give enough time for processing.
Cancellations with Vacation Protection Plan [VPP]:
Cancellation must be received by Vacation Express a minimum of 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than noon ET the day prior to departure for hotel-only bookings. All applicable cancellation charges [does not include air, hotel or feature penalties] will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express travel certificates [VPP Voucher].

VPP Voucher Information:
- Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
- The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
- Passengers have one year from original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to any Vacation Express destination.
- VPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original VPP voucher.
- Under no circumstances does the VPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.

You may cancel your vacation for any reason prior to departure and receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the VPP+ plan cost [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees].
