Hampton Jazz Festival has brought the best of jazz, pop, blues, soul, and R&B for 50 years. Each year the event is more exciting than the last.   HJF has traditionally featured major R&B, gospel, jazz, pop, blues and crossover stars. The lineup infuses a mix of talent, with local musicians from the Hampton Roads area acting as openers to nationally recognized headliners. Music icons such as B.B. King, Aretha Franklin, Duke Ellington, and Ray Charles have graced the stage while newer artists like Kenny G, David Sanborn, and Dave Koz follow closely in their footsteps.
 

Thousands of guests travel from across the nation to celebrate an annual reunion of family members, friends, and Hampton University alumni. The City of Hampton boasts a great economic impact throughout the weekend as out-of-towners enjoy the city’s hotels, local restaurants, nearby attractions, and other small businesses.

Cancellation policy:

The initial deposit for this trip is $250.  This money is non-refundable and guarantees your seat.  Cancellations occurring within 100-31 days of departure will be assessed a late cancellation fee of 20% of the total tour cost, the non-refundable booking deposit as specified in your tour agreement, and any amount paid to suppliers to confirm your reservations. Cancellations occurring within 30 days of departure will receive no refunds.

Each guest room offers a 65-inch TV, Alarm Clock Radio, phones with voicemail, in-room safe, coking bedroom with waterview and deskffee maker, minifridge, iron, ironing board, and a hair dryer.
