  Day 1: Welcome to La Romana
  Arrive, unwind, and meet your fellow Queens at our welcome reception—let the soft breezes and warm vibes set the tone.

  Day 2: Beach Bliss & Sip & Stroke
  Soak in the sun and creative flow at our beachfront paint & sip experience—“Sip & Stroke: A Queen’s Canvas.”

  Day 3: A Royal Affair
  Relax or explore during the day, then join us for a beautifully curated group dinner filled with elegance, laughter, and connection.

  Day 4: Discover the Dominican Republic
  Venture beyond the resort with optional excursions—think cultural tours, catamaran cruises, or a visit to a local women’s cooperative.

  Day 5: Until Next Time
  Enjoy one last moment by the water, journal your reflections, and depart renewed and reconnected.

Refund policy:

All payments to GEM Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because GEM Travel LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.  Travel Insurance is recommended

Prices: 

All prices listed are per person based upon shared double occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature, such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food (other than where clearly specified).

At GEM Travel, we want to make it easy and flexible for you to secure your dream getaway. We offer the following payment options:

• Flex Pay (Book Now, Pay Later) – Reserve your spot today and pay over time on a flexible schedule.

• Deposit & Monthly Payment Plan – Lock in your trip with a deposit, then make manageable monthly payments.

• Full Payment – Prefer to pay in full? You’re welcome to do so at the time of booking.

⚠️ Important Payment Policies

• Due Dates: All payments must be made by the scheduled due date. A $45 late fee will apply if your payment is not received on time.

• Returned Payments: If a payment is returned and cannot be processed, a $45 returned payment fee will apply.

• Non-Payment: If your invoice remains unpaid for 30 days after receipt, your booking will be automatically canceled without further notice or refund.
