  • Domestic flights (2 segments): Cairo → Luxor | Aswan → Cairo

  • All sightseeing tours in a private air-conditioned vehicle

  • English-speaking guide in Cairo, Alexandria, Luxor & Aswan
    (English-speaking guide in Hurghada or Sharm El Sheikh, if applicable)

  • Entrance fees to sites listed in the itinerary
    (excluding pyramid interiors, Mummy Room, and Tutankhamun’s tomb)

  • Health & luggage insurance

  • Gala dinner for Christmas or New Year (mandatory if applicable; cost set by hotel)

If cancellation occurs prior to final payment, a future travel credit will be issued for all payments made excluding the deposit and must be used within one year of the cancellation date.   • Pricing is based on group rates and subject to change until booked

  • Roommates must maintain timely payments for shared occupancy

  • Travel insurance is required for all participants

Tours: Please note that some tours are included and are subject to change due to weather and or unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to supply another tour to take the place of the tour that was replaced. Tours do not have a monetary value for a cash or credit refund.
