  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort. If you stay at a different resort, you'll need to purchase a wedding day pass for $297usd

Wedding Day: Saturday,  March 14th, 2026.
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before November 2nd, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $200 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

  •  

  • Between November 2nd, 2025 and December 2nd, 2025 room nights my be reduced by 15% without damages. Any room nights released above the 15% allowed will be charged 100% of the room revenue cancelled.

  •  

  • Between December 2nd, 2025 and December 15th, 2025 room nights my be reduced by 10% without damages. Any room nights released above the 10% allowed will be charged 100% of the room revenue cancelled.

  •  

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights in your reservation after December 15th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

  •  

  • If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.

  •  

Grand Velas Riviera Maya will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
