Terms & Conditions

We are, It's Simply Easy Travel LLC and are excited to help you with your travel planning and travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describes what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to It's Simply Easy Travel LLC and its affiliates. The term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

You as the traveler also agree to be at least the age of 18.  We will have family destinations and if so, all minors will need to be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian.

Any payment towards It's Simply Easy Travel LLC means that, you agree and accept the terms and conditions as is. We accept all major credit cards. We will not accept cash or checks.  

Reserving a destination package must be made in your full name and be consistent with your travel documentation such as a passport and/or visa.

You as the traveler agree to having self-control. Knowing your limitations on activities and involving alcoholic beverages.... etc. If you are deemed unruly and have disgruntled the group. You may be banned from the group immediately and any funds submitted to current trip and or future destinations will be non-refundable. The current trip may be cancelled immediately, and you will have to find your own transportation and lodging after being declared no longer apart of the group. 

You agree that when traveling you will be responsible for knowing and acquiring all required travel documents needed to travel domestically and/ or internationally.  You may contact a Visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. 

It's Simply Easy Travel LLC recommends that when travelling, purchase travel insurance. For your protection of lost baggage, travel delays, medical emergencies and/or damaged property. Also protecting the vacation package purchase.  We will always recommend our vendor to help you with you travel protection needs. 

Pricing of travel package is subject to change until full payment is made of the destination. So, lock in your price when you are ready to book. 

To keep your reservation. You agree to make final payment by final due date. After initial deposit a payment plan will be included. We suggest following that plan. A deposit means you agree to pay full payment by final due date if not all payments are deemed NON-REFUNDABLE.

Due to contractual agreements with Travel & Excursion Vendors ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 

Any changes in pricing on our end (due to price adjustments), you to have 5-days to send notice that you are cancelling and would like to receive a refund.  Subject line should display "Cancel' and Destination" and your explanation in body. All cancellations are subject to review. Please send cancellation requests to itssimplyeasytravel@gmail.com. After 5 days ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Any changes to reservation before final pay date will be subject to a change fee of $150 per change. After due date and/or 45 days to make changes a fee of $250 plus fee from vendor will be incurred.
