This 15-day hosted adventure is designed for LDS Singles who want to explore, connect, and create lifelong memories—together. With a maximum group size of 20, you’ll enjoy a more personal, connected experience as we explore glowworm caves, cruise Milford Sound, visit Hobbiton, paddle traditional waka canoes, and so much more.

Itinerary:

Day 1 (March 2, 2026) – Auckland
Arrive and enjoy a welcome dinner at the top of the Sky Tower.
 
Day 2 (March 3, 2026) – Bay of Islands
Drive north and visit the historic Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
 

Day 3 (March 4, 2026) – Bay of Islands
Private sailing adventure, beach time, hiking, and dolphin spotting.

Day 4 (March 5, 2026) – Whangamata
Scenic drive south with waterfall stops and a relaxing evening.

Day 5 (March 6, 2026) – Coromandel
Choose between hiking Cathedral Cove, kayaking, or a boat tour.

Day 6 (March 7, 2026) – Rotorua
Tour glowworm caves and walk through the real-life Hobbiton.

Day 7 (March 8, 2026) – Rotorua
Explore geothermal parks, carve jade, and enjoy a Māori cultural night.

Day 8 (March 9, 2026) – Christchurch
Fly to the South Island and dine aboard a vintage city tram.

This 20 minute scenic flight departs from Paihia and flies over Russell, through the spectacular Bay of Islands and out to the famous 'Hole in the Rock' at Cape Brett.

Day 5 (March 6)- Cove Walk

A popular 2.5km track in Hahei that takes about 45 minutes for moderately fit walkers to reach Cathedral Cove. The track has been rerouted after damage from cyclones in 2023, offering stunning coastal views and a steep descent to the iconic archway.

Day 5 (March 6)- Hahel Explorer Tour

The Hahei Explorer is an hour long, travels up to 14kms/7.5 nautical miles, and takes you into coastal islands of the marine reserve, reefs, massive sea caves and bays, including the world-famous Cathedral Cove. The magnificence of this natural volcanic scenery is legendary and the approach by sea, combined with an insightful yet relaxed commentary further enhances the experience. Seating a maximum of only ten passengers per boat.

Day 5 (March 6): Cathedral Cove Kayak Tour

The Te Whanganui-A-Hei Marine Reserve opens up a sea kayaking paradise full of beaches, islands and rock gardens that are just waiting to be explored. Today, you will paddle through sea caves, interact with the local marine life and discover the thrill of kayak sailing with the wind on your back. Land at Cathedral Cove where you will be treated to cappuccinos and hot chocolates on the beach.

Day 14 (March 15): Full Day Glenorchy with Dart River Jetboat

Join this magical 8 hour journey to Glenorchy and beyond. Located on the north shores of Lake Wakatipu, this small settlement is full of character and charm, both of the local and Middle Earth variety. Take in some of the most famous and scenic sights of the region, tuck into a classic Kiwi morning tea and be entertained by local stories and film history from your expert local guide. After a morning exploring, you will be dropped back in Glenorchy township to enjoy free time, with the opportunity to visit a local cafe for lunch, take a short walk, or check out the sustainability story at The Headwaters. That afternoon, Dart River Wilderness Jet will host you for a spectacular two-hour jetboat experience into the heart of the world-renowned Mt Aspiring National Park and Te Wāhipounamu UNESCO World Heritage Area. Your highly experienced drivers will showcase the area’s fascinating history, the Greenstone trail, and Māori legends, covering 90km of crystal clear river. The jetboat experience will finish back in Glenorchy, and from there, Dart River Adventures will transport you back to Queenstown by coach.

Race down the Kawarau River before your skilled driver sends you from high speeds into a 360-degree spin. This grade 2-3 rafting trip is perfect for first-time rafters and families. It provides a great taste of whitewater action with plenty of opportunities to splash around, try a cliff jump or even swim through a rapid. Between rapids, you will experience calmer stretches of river, with a unique perspective of the historic Kawarau Bungy Bridge as your raft passes underneath. Experience the rugged Gibbston Valley wine region and Lord of the Rings country as you float through the rocky cliffs and blue waters of the Kawarau River. The grand finale is the unforgettable 400 metre Dog Leg Rapid which ends your 4-5 hour trip on New Zealand’s largest volume commercially rafted river.

Embark on your 3.5 hour experience. The Kawarau Bridge Bungy is home to the original 43 metre Bungy Jump and where Bungy founders AJ Hackett and Henry van Ash started it all. The world's first and most infamous of leaps is still going strong, with tens of thousands of people Bungy jumping each year. At the world's best-loved Bungy site, the choice is yours; tandem or solo. Then you can decide whether to bob above the water, touch it, or be fully immersed.
