Itinerary:

Day 2: Vatican City and Healing Arts

Terms of Agreement

Travel insurance

It is required for everyone to carry travel insurance on all MedQueen trips. This protects you in case of emergency or in case you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.     

Photography

Please be aware that by attending MedQueen tours, you grant MedQueen LLC, its sponsors, its successors, assigns and licensees permission to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or during the trip (regardless of whether before, during, or after trip) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.

Requirements: You MUST have a valid US Passport with at least 6 months validity; your passport cannot expire less than 6 months from your date of leaving the foreign country. If you are NOT a US citizen, please check the VISA entry requirements of Italy.  MedQueen is not responsible for non-entry into any country and trip funds are nonrefundable due to improper requirements met. 

Cancellation policy:

Deposit is nonrefundable after 24 hours of booking but transferable to another person. Payment schedule sent after deposit.

All payments nonrefundable after 10 days of payment. All cancellations MUST be in written communication.

NO REFUNDS should you need to cancel 90 days or less before departure and you will need to refer to your travel insurance.

All pre-arranged itinerary items are subject to change due availability. If you elect not to join the group, notification to the group leader is required for your safety. If you choose to participate in alternative activities outside of the itinerary listed, you are financial responsibility for any expenses. You hold harmless MedQueen Tours & Travel along with the affiliates & associates. MedQueen/affiliates/associates are not liable for your activity, and NO REFUNDS from MedQueen if you elect not to participate.
