TRAVELERS MUST HAVE PROPER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
On cruises that begin and end in the same US port and do not sail through the Panama Canal or to any South American ports, you are required to carry one of the below documents:
A Valid Passport
OR
Proof of Citizenship (see below) AND Government-issued photo ID
Photocopies or pictures of documents will not be accepted.
*A U.S. citizen under the age of 16 does not require a government-issued photo ID.
A valid passport is required on all sailings that begin in one US port and end in another US port.

STEP ONE:
All cruisers must submit full names to include FIRST, MIDDLE, LAST, and any suffix.
Complete the signup form below. Be sure to enter correct names and information as our system creates an account for you in our back office and this information is used for the cruise line where all information must match you documents you will be traveling with. Double-check spelling of Names, Dates Of Birth, and email addresses.
STEP TWO:
Once we process your deposit, we will send you your invoices and itineraries that include the Cool Panda Travel App that you can download to your phone. From there you will be able to see deck plans and we will let you know which rooms are available in your category. You can then pick your room by using the deck plans as a guide. You will let us know your room number you have chosen and will complete some tasks to finalize your reservation.
STEP THREE:
Make Payments at your leisure from any invoice.


NorwegianCare provides reimbursement for the prepaid, nonrefundable, unused portion of your vacation should you need to cancel or interrupt your vacation due to unexpected illness, injury, job termination and other covered reasons as listed in the plan. The plan also covers additional out-of-pocket expenses for meals and accommodations, as well as for travel expenses to catch up to the vacation due to covered travel delays.
Best of all, if your reason for cancellation is not covered for cash reimbursement under the plan, we provide you with a 90% NorwegianCare cruise credit for a future cruise.

Cruise lines no longer mail out paper documents to travelers. All documents are now electronic and typically available for you to print about 3 weeks prior to sailing. Luggage tags will be available and provided to you at the pier. Government fees, taxes, and air taxes are subject to change. The cruise line reserves the right to pass through any increases in government fees and taxes even after deposit or final payments. Cruise lines reserve the right to reinstate the fuel supplement for all guests and up to $11 per person per day if the NYMEX oil price exceeds $70 per barrel. Any booking changes, not limited to name changes, cabin or sailing may be subject to a $25 fee per change for changes made any time after the deposit has been paid. All cancellations may be charged an administrative fee of $50 per person in addition to any cruise line penalties or fees.
