Yes! You may make payments at any time before the final payment deadline.
Can I book my own flights?
This package includes airfare from Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA). If you'd like to depart from another airport or arrange your own airfare, please contact PNS Travels before booking for a customized package.
Can I have my own room?
Absolutely! Single occupancy pricing is available upon request.
Is travel insurance required?
No, but it is highly recommended.
What if I need to cancel?
All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.
If you are booked in a double occupancy room and your roommate cancels, the remaining traveler is responsible for paying the single occupancy rate or canceling the reservation.
In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons–you must notify the Travel Agent Sakeenah Graham in writing at Sakeenah@PNSTravelsLLC.com.
Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date the tour operator receives the cancellation in writing.
