Bohemia Wedding Travel will email you a confirmation with payment invoice after a payment has been reviewed and processed correctly within 24 hours. You can always return to your invoice link to make payments.
  • Your hotel room booking confirmation will be emailed to you when you have paid for your room in full.
  • Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

  • September 1st, 2025 - 40% of room purchase must be paid.

  • November 1st, 2025 - Remaining balance due.

 

Reminders:

The wedding is on January 26th, 2026. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
 

To be included in Jamilyn and Jacob’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Jamilyn and Jacob with a deposit already paid on each room. If you book outside of this group the resort may charge a wedding pass fee, per person per wedding event, to your room.

 

  1. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your to any room please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

  2. If you would like to arrive earlier, extend your stay, change your room or change your length of stay, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com

  3. Secrets Moxché does not guarantee bed types or triple occupancy availability. Double Beds are extremely limited and available only by approved request.

  4. Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.

  5. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you accurately select your room category.

  6. November 24th 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  7. Secret’s Moxche is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before September 1st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

  • Between September 1st, 2025 and October 1st, 2025 up to 30% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 20% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

  • Between October 1st, 2025 and November 1st, 2025 up to 20% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 40% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

  • Between November 1st, 2025 and November 15th, 2025 up to 5% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 100% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after November 15th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

 

  • A 3 night minimum is required.

  • If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

  • Secrets Moxche will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

  • Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Moxche and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets Moxche.
