Tales of A Travel Bag LLC – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Tales of A Travel Bag LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By submitting payment and confirming your reservation, you (“traveler” or “client”) agree to be bound by the following terms:


1. Booking & Pricing Disclaimer

All prices are subject to change until payment is received in full and confirmed by the travel supplier. Pricing is based on availability at the time of booking and may be adjusted if vendors impose changes, including but not limited to airfare, taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations. Tales of A Travel Bag LLC reserves the right to correct clerical or supplier errors.


2. Passenger Information

Traveler names must match exactly as shown on government-issued identification (including middle names or initials). For international travel, names must match the passport; for domestic travel within the U.S., names must match a government-issued ID. Tales of A Travel Bag LLC is not responsible for denied boarding, additional fees, or penalties due to incorrect information provided by the traveler.


3. Travel Documentation & Entry Requirements

It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to obtain and carry all required documentation for entry into any destination, including valid passports (valid at least 6 months beyond the return date), visas, vaccination certificates, or other required health documents.

  • U.S. citizens should consult the State Department at https://travel.state.gov.

  • Non-U.S. citizens must check entry requirements with the appropriate consulate or embassy.
    Failure to present the correct documents may result in denied boarding or entry, fines, and/or additional expenses, all at the traveler’s sole responsibility.


4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

PAYMENTS

A non-refundable deposit of $150 or $300 per person (depending on selected package) is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking.

Payment Options:
Travelers may choose one of the following payment methods:

  • Payment in full at the time of booking

  • Equal monthly payments

  • Four equal installment payments

The remaining balance is due no later than July 10, 2026.

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars by credit or debit card. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed and deposit received. Once confirmed, pricing is guaranteed except in the event of:

  • Foreign currency fluctuations exceeding 5% from the rate on the date of confirmation

  • Unforeseen government-imposed increases in taxes, fees, or levies beyond the control of Tales of A Travel Bag LLC

Failure to make payments on time may result in automatic cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of all payments made.


CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If you must cancel your trip, you must notify Tales of A Travel Bag LLC immediately and follow up with written notice via email or postal mail. Cancellation fees are calculated as of the date written notice is received.

Refund Schedule:

  • 30 days or less prior to departure: Non-refundable

  • 31–60 days prior to departure: 25% refund of total trip cost (less deposit)

  • 61–90 days prior to departure: 50% refund of total trip cost (less deposit)

  • 91 days or more prior to departure: 100% refund of total trip cost (less deposit)

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving written notice. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please note that some suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, or tour operators) may impose additional penalties, which will be passed on to the traveler.


TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance to protect your travel investment. Insurance information is included in your trip materials. Travel insurance can provide reimbursement for losses related to unexpected illness, accident, death, or other covered emergencies affecting you, your traveling companion, or an immediate family member. Tales of A Travel Bag LLC is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from a traveler’s decision to decline travel insurance coverage.


5. Hotel & Itinerary Changes

Hotels, flights, activities, and itineraries are subject to change without notice due to supplier availability, local conditions, staffing shortages, or regulations. Substitutions will be of equal or higher standard whenever possible. No refunds will be provided for changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.


6. Itinerary Pace & Fitness Responsibility

Escorted tours may require extensive walking, stairs, uneven terrain, or long travel days. By booking, you confirm you are physically capable of participating or have disclosed limitations in advance. Mobility devices (wheelchairs, scooters, walkers) and service animals may not be permitted on certain international tours. Tales of A Travel Bag LLC reserves the right to decline participation or remove any traveler whose health, behavior, or non-disclosure of medical needs impacts the safety or enjoyment of others. All additional costs from such removal will be borne by the traveler.


7. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

Tales of A Travel Bag LLC shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, strikes, terrorism, or civil unrest. No refunds or compensation will be provided for such events; travelers are advised to purchase insurance to protect their investment.


8. Independent Services & Optional Activities

Tales of A Travel Bag LLC acts solely as a travel concierge and booking agent. We do not control or operate airlines, hotels, transportation providers, excursions, or other suppliers. Any optional tours, activities, or services booked directly by the traveler are at the traveler’s own risk, and Tales of A Travel Bag LLC bears no responsibility for those services.


9. Personal Conduct & Removal from Tours

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward fellow guests, staff, and hosts. Disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund, and all related expenses will be the responsibility of the traveler.


10. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect personal information solely for the purpose of arranging travel services. By booking with us, you consent to the use of your information for reservations, confirmations, and communications related to your travel. We will not share personal data except as required to complete bookings or as required by law.


11. Photography & Media Release

By participating in a group trip, travelers grant Tales of A Travel Bag LLC the right to use photos, videos, or other media taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, email campaigns, and websites. If you prefer not to be photographed, you must notify us in writing prior to travel.


12. Release of Liability

Tales of A Travel Bag LLC provides retail travel services to customers, which are supplied by independent and third-party vendors. We do not own, operate, or control any of the independent entities providing accommodations, transportation, tours, or other services. By booking, you agree that Tales of A Travel Bag LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, accident, injury, illness, property damage, delay, irregularity, or expense resulting from any act or omission of suppliers, government authorities, or other parties not under our direct control.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.


14. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment and accepting travel documents, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and any travelers included in your booking, whether or not they have signed individually.
