ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO ATTEND WEDDING EVENTS?
- Casa de Campo Resort & Villas is an all-inclusive is a family friendly resort.
WHAT ABOUT AIRFARE?
- While the group requests that you book your room with the group, you are welcome to book your own airfare. Due to contract deadlines, we recommend booking your hotel room as early as possible and adding air when you're ready.
- Transportation is only included from this airport. Casa de Campo Resort & Villas is approximately 45 minutes to an hour from of the airport. Included transportation is "shared" transportation, which is a shuttle that may make stops at other resorts. An upgrade to a private non-stop vehicle is available upon request, please reach out to Travel with the Trio, LLC at info@travelwiththetrio.com for upgrade information.
- If you book your own air, Travel with the Trio, LLC will request your flight details 45 - 60 days prior to ensure transfer transportation is secured. Guests who do not submit their air information by the deadline will forfeit their included transfers.
- Absolutely! If you would like to stay for dates before or after this date window, that is no problem! Please include your requested dates in your reservation form and Travel with the Trio, LLC will confirm availability! Note: rates outside the room block dates may differ from our group rates quoted here.
WHAT IF THE ROOM I WANT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE?
- Please email our destination wedding travel agent at info@travelwiththetrio.com and let provide the room category, travel dates and number of travelers so that they manually work on your request.
I DO NOT SEE THE CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD?
- Keep in mind that payments are not automatic and are processed manually by Travel with the Trio, LLC. In addition, the credit card will appear as Classic Vacations.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T BOOK WITH TRAVEL WITH THE TRIO, LLC?
- The couple has paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group. They have a group contract that allows them to offer additional benefits for their guests.
- The group kindly asks that you book your hotel within our designated group contract here at Travel with the Trio, LLC.
- The group has worked with me to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This includes a special set rate and included transportation.
- Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
- Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in an undesirable location away from everyone else.
- Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but his reservation is not. You could be walked to another location.
Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:
- Will not get the group rates.
- Will have to pay up front vs. payment plan.
- Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from me.
- Unfortunately, I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.
- Note: Day pass sales are not available due to occupancy restrictions and will not be available to attend wedding events.
Terms & conditions:
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME and DATE OF BIRTH as it appears on your passport along with passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply.
- Airline seat assignments are solely up to the airlines unless seat assignment was purchased.
- Late payment of $150 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.
- All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account and submitted in writing M- F no later during business hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm est. time.
Travel notice:
- Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before November 4, 2024.
- This is a LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. Airport transfer will still be provided.
- Airport for arrival and departure should be PUJ Punta Cana Airport.
- At check-in, a credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room incidentals.
- Final itinerary will be provided 10 business days before travel, if not earlier.
- Room bedding is request as we all as any other special request however, keep in mind Travel with the Trio can not make any guarantees on behalf of the resort/hotel.

What Does This Rate Include?
This rate includes all of your taxes and fees as well as your shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transfers. Any deviations will be responsibility of the guest along with any fee incurred.
