What's not included and required by guests:

 
  1. Authentic Travel Connections has a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, there's a $200 penalty.  If you have insurance, you'll get your refund minus the insurance cost and the $200 cancellation fee from Authentic Travel Connections.
  2.  Round trip Airfare 
  3. Travel Protection Insurance but is Highly recommended.
  4. Deposit is non refundable and non transferable
  5. All of your payments are non-refundable without travel protection and non-transferable.
  6. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government issued ID/ PASSPORT.
  7. Monthly Payments are required to keep your reservations current.
  8. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
  9. Room Service is no included in some stateroom categories. 

 
 Cancellation Policy

All deposits and monthly payments are non-refundable without travel protection insurance and non-transferable. Additionally, you will not receive credit for future bookings. All reservations will require a deposit, and the amount due, along with monthly payment terms and conditions, will be clearly noted and advised once required.

Travel Insurance
It is the traveler’s responsibility to protect their purchase, and travel insurance is strongly recommended. The traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks. Insurance offerings are made available throughout the process and via a follow-up letter post-registration.

Without travel insurance, you understand and agree that if you cancel or interrupt travel for any reason, all payments made to Authentic Travel Connections will not be refunded. Authentic Travel Connections is not qualified to answer technical questions about benefits, exclusions, and conditions of any insurance policy, nor evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured’s existing insurance coverage.
