Reminders:
To be considered a part of Tan & Pastor Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Julie & Chris have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.
- Individual reservations booked outside the room block have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
- Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
- If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact weddings@breezytravelco.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
- Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
Cancellation policy:
- Resort Cancellations: Cancellations for any reason prior to 01/01/2027 are subject to a $100 per room cancellation penalty. Cancellations for any reason after 01/01/2027 are subject to a penalty of 100% of the cost of the trip and are fully non-refundable.
- Changes: Changes to a reservation are allowed until 01/01/2027 with no fee. Any changes after 01/01/2027 are subject to a $50 travel agency change fee in addition to any penalties incurred by the hotel and airline. Purchasing travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended to protect your investment.
