Vacation Booking Fee – Terms & Conditions

I, [Client Name], understand and agree to the following terms regarding the Vacation Booking Fee charged by Dreams2Reality Travel Agency, operated by Independent Travel Advisor Atonne “Toni” Hunter:

Fee Details & Payment Terms

• I agree to pay a non-refundable research and planning fee for customized travel services provided by Dreams2Reality Travel Agency.

• This fee covers time, expertise, and access to vetted suppliers — it is not applied to the cost of my trip and does not guarantee availability of travel components until booked.

• No quotes, proposals, or package recommendations will be provided until this fee is paid in full.

Current Fee Structure

• Caribbean, Mexico, & Central America

  • Land Only $25

  • Air + Land $35
• South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and South Pacific 

  • Land Only $40

  • Air + Land $50
• Multi-Destination Vacation

  • Land Only $50

  • Air + Land $60

Refund & Transfer Policy

• I understand this fee is non-refundable under any circumstance, even if I decide not to proceed with booking a trip.

• This fee cannot be transferred to another traveler or applied toward a future trip unless explicitly stated by Dreams2Reality Travel Agency in writing.

Acknowledgement

By submitting payment, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms outlined above. I agree to respect the advisor’s time and service boundaries, and understand that this fee compensates for professional consultation and preparation services.
