PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION
PAYMENT INFORMATION: There is a convenience fee charged to cover processing fees.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit and will be clearly noted the amount due and monthly payment plan. In cases where the full balance is paid upfront the no refund policy will still apply.
CANCELLATION: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 404-855-0958 to ensure your information was received. As refunds are not available travel insurance is highly advised and recommended throughout the registration check-out process.
FEES: Any room or occupancy changes like double to single should be communicated to ABrown Planning Travel Services prior to July 1, 2023, anytime after a change fee will be assessed. In addition, any request for an extension after final payment, if granted, will incur a $50 late fee per person.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Once deposit is received, a monthly payment reminder is sent until final payment date.

IDENTIFICATION: Traveler is required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you as the registered client will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.
REFUNDS: All payments to ABrown Planning Travel Services, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because ABrown Planning Travel Services, LLC has contractual agreements with various vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your trip.
TRAVEL PROTECTION: Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance yourself for domestic and international tours.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS NEEDED:
All international passengers regardless of age must present a government issued, non-expired, U.S. passport upon flight check-in and for U.S. Customs re-entry after air, land or sea travel. For more information regarding this requirement, please consult your travel agent or visit the State Department's Consular website at www.dhs.gov.
All travelers between the United States and the Caribbean will be required to have a valid passport for travel. Passports should be valid for at least six months after you return home and have two or more blank pages.
