We understand that not everyone needs custom booking services so if
you are comfortable with doing your own research while still supporting
our business. Here are some options to do so:

Let's take it a step further because we also want to make sure you are aware
of all your options. Since you are already doing all the research for your trip,

3. Custom Booking Services
This is where you have the option to enlist travel planning services
to create an experience tailored to your needs.
Here is how this process works:
𝑸𝒖𝒐𝒕𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒕:
All quotes require a nonrefundable Research fee.
This fee covers:
- The time needed to plan your custom trip
- Facilitating any changes or special requests with the Resort
- Creating and Administering Payment Plans (How do payment plans work?)
- Being accessible before and during your trip
- Processing of insurance covered cancellation
- and more.
Once payment is received, the client will receive quote within 24-72 hrs
unless you opt for the rush fee.
Please be advised that the actual quote pricing is subject to
change at anytime until your deposit to reserve has been paid.
Your quote will include a minimum of 2 quotes based on the information submitted using our request form. Only 2 revisions are offered to this quote withing 7 business days of delivery. Any revisions or quotes after are subject to a new fee. Feedback is required within 7 business days of the initial quote or risk abandoning quote request and deletion from our records.
The Research fee is nonrefundable and non transferrable. No exceptions. Research fees can not be reimbursed using travel insurance. If you are not interested in paying a research fee please refer to option 1 or 2.
