Travel Insurance is highly encouraged for all international travel. $475 is a best guess estimate and not the actual or final cost. We will send a travel insurance quote upon receipt of your deposit. Travel insurance rates are based on age at the time of travel and the price of the trip. We use third-party insurance as this is the most flexible for coverage and claims.
Travel insurance is most often between 5-6% of the total trip cost and slightly higher after you reach 60 years of age when the rates average closer to 8%.
To include pre-existing medical conditions travel insurance policy must be purchased within 21 days of deposit.
