CANCELLATION POLICY:

REFUNDABLE GROUP RATE POLICY:

All posted website prices are considered refundable up to the final payment.  Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations.  All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the travel advisor.  The supplier’s reservation system will keep the higher calculated penalty amount when the guest’s reservation is canceled.  The percentage penalty charged applies to the total cruise fare, taxes, and fees. 

 

Cancellations may be made before the final payment date of July 15, 2025, 11:59 p.m. EST, and passengers will be entitled to a full refund except for suite cabins. Full refunds will only be granted to cancellations made before the final payment date that are booked at the provided group rates.  Any cancellations made after July 15, 2025 will be subject to the following penalties and schedule: 

 

  • Cancellations made between July 16, 2025 and August 22, 202525% per passenger cruise fare penalty assessed
  • Cancellations made between August 23, 2025 and September 21, 2025 – 50% per passenger cruise fare penalty assessed
  • Cancellations made between September 22, 2025 and October 21, 2025 – 75% per passenger cruise fare penalty assessed
  • Cancellations made on or after October 22, 2025 – 100% total cruise fare penalty assessed

No refund will be given in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise.

There are a limited number of three- and four-person cabins available.  Triple or Quad occupancy deposits are $125 per person unless a current discount or promotion is in effect.  Pricing and availability are NOT guaranteed until a deposit is applied.
 
 
 
 
 
Suite pricing is available at the current rate and is combinable with all the aforementioned inclusions. Suite deposits are 10% of the total package price and are non-refundable.
 

FAQs:

Q: Will I need a passport for this cruise?

A: Yes, a passport is required for this cruise. Valid passports are required to board the ship for all Panama Canal sailings and sailings that visit Colombian or Panamanian ports. No passport cards, birth certificates or other form of proof of US citizenship will be accepted. Failure to present a valid passport at check-in will result in denial of boarding. 

 

Q: What if I'm pregnant?

A: You may cruise as long as you have not entered your 24th week of pregnancy. Royal Caribbean will make every effort to accommodate you, providing you have not entered the 24th week of pregnancy when the cruise ends. Please include your cruise details in an email to the travel advisor at your earliest convenience.

 

Q: Can I bring alcohol on board from home or a port of call?

A: Please note that except for Wine and Champagne, all guests are prohibited from bringing alcohol onboard our ships. If you purchase any alcohol at one of our ports of call or in our onboard shops, we will safely store your purchase(s), and either on the final night of the cruise or the morning of debarkation, it will be available for pickup in a designated area. On boarding day, guests may bring onboard two (2) 750 ml bottles of personal wine or champagne per stateroom in their carry-on luggage.

 

Q: What if I have a special diet?

A: If you have any food allergies or a dietary requirement that requires Kosher meals or gluten-free food products, please notify the travel advisor at the time of booking.
